HiveTek is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.

Standard we work to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We review pages as we build them rather than as a one-off audit, and we treat accessibility defects as normal engineering work.

What we do

• Semantic HTML with a single H1 per page and a logical heading order.
• Keyboard access to every interactive control, with visible focus styles.
• Text and interface colors checked for contrast in both light and dark surfaces.
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
• Labelled form fields, inline error messages, and live-region announcements for dynamic results such as the savings calculator.
• Touch targets sized for comfortable use on mobile devices.

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds, downloadable PDFs and partner badge images are produced outside our control and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you need any of that content in an alternative format, ask us and we will provide it.
